The Vu family entertain on a regular basis, hosting numerous friends and family members in their home. They required a space that was more equipped for those purposes. The bonus room on the lower level, is more of a social area with multiple seating options and a large display of the families valuables. The living/dining area is for larger events that can host numerous guests for dinner parties, etc.
