MaxMara has created new initiatives to redevelop their fashion into sustainable fashion. Being relocated in Philadelphia, MaxMara desires a new headquarters that represents their new profound image.

The concept of sophistication and elegance will showcase the high-end atmosphere. The use of circulation as a focal point will allow for WELL and LEED Building Standards to be upheld. Programming requirements for this space are Co-working areas, Cafe, Studio, Clothing Display, Fitting Room, Tech Support, Wellness Room, four Leader Offices, Designer Room, Collaboration Space, Alcoves, Project Rooms, and a Library. All are necessary for maintaining and expanding the brand image in its new office space.
